Critical: QualityThe spa itself was of decent quality, however I did notice the mirrors and glass tables in waiting room and changing area were not clean; finger prints, smudges, dust.The massage I received on 8/6/2020, was the most bizarre I have ever had. After the male therapist greeted me 10-15 minutes late, he talked for quite some time in the treatment room. I realize you have to explain the service, but he went overboard. The massage itself felt as if a child was giving me a rub down. Very sloppy, with an enormous amount of oil. The technique was horrible. An over abundance of hot towels were used. If I am paying over $100 dollars to get a massage, I would like it to consist of more than just an application of oil and hot towels. The service ended 10-15 minutes early if you consider him picking me up late. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI was able to get a same day appointment for a facial and massage while staying at the resort for a conference. The experience was so calming, centering, relaxing, and professional. The staff were amazing! I highly recommend their services. Thank you for a great day!
