I scheduled my appointment with Yea, and she was fantastic! I didn’t have to wait, they had a hand sanitizing station, and the salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Yea started the appointment with a consultation about my hair, she was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. Lauren was my hair and provided a very relaxing experience. I was initially nervous going into my appointment as I had never been to this salon before. I scheduled my appointment with Yea, and she was fantastic! I didn’t have to wait, they had a hand sanitizing station, and the salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Yea started the appointment with a consultation about my hair, she was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. These are some before and after shots of my latest cut, color and style. Anita did a wonderful job interpreting what I wanted! I came with a handful of photos of things I liked and she was able to tell me what would and would not work with my hair. She explained how my hair would react to certain styles and cuts and helped me to pick out a color that was just enough of a “pop” but would wear well in the long run.

We visited once for my daughter’s haircut. The staff is friendly and the salon looks pretty. Between the dark turquoise colored walls and tacky diamonds light fixture, you get the idea of “boutique.”

Yesterday was only my second time at this salon but both times I’ve left feeling amazing! Although, I don’t really get anything too crazy, I get a simple haircut and blow dry and I love it every time! I am SUPER picky when it comes to my hair and I’ve only let my stepmom cut it for the longest time. Rebecca has been able to make my hair look and feel exactly the way I want! This last time, I got a GREAT head massage with my shampoo. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the woman’s name but she was awesome! The receptionist was very polite and offered me some beverages which I gladly took! Even though it’s a little pricey, you definitely get what you pay for. And I’ve gotten nothing but perfect service! Keep up the great work!

It’s been about a month since I got my hair cut here for the first time, and I think it’s my favorite haircut that I’ve ever had! I’ve had long hair my whole life, and this was my first time going short, so the receptionist recommended making an appointment with Tisa since she’s experienced with short hair. I provided her with some ideas for the general shape that I wanted (first time using Pinterest for haircut ideas, I highly recommend!), and she worked with me to find a similar haircut that was suited to my hair type/texture (wavy, frizzy, dry, and thick), desired amount of required maintenance, and styling ability/mobility. She also taught me how to style it at the end of my appointment, and showed me which products she recommended for me to use (they smell amazing and my hair is very happy with them!). If you want a short haircut, ask for Tisa, she’ll give you an awesome one!

Young Gorman is fantastic! My hair was mid-length, and she recommended a shorter bob, which is easier and faster to style and looks much better on a day to day basis — especially since I’m actually styling my hair rather than just pulling it into a ponytail all the time. She also did an amazing job with my highlights. I switched from my previous salon since it was taking over three hours for highlights and a cut, and she clocked in at two. As a working mom, time is a premium, so that makes a big difference too. Overall, I highly recommend Reflections of You and especially Young!

I got a haircut here last summer and it was amazing. I chopped 12 inches off, got it styled and Amber even blow dried and curled it for me. I paid $38 for everything and I loved it! But when I went back about ten months later (I know I should have gone back sooner.), I was booked with someone who charges $55. Thank goodness she told me before she cut my hair (which I ended up not doing), but I wish the receptionist would have told me that when I booked the appointment and before went all the way over there. It was quite disappointing to discover that now their women’s haircuts start at $45. Now I’m not sure if I want to go back. I would even omit the blow dry and curl if it meant I could get a cheaper cut. I loved the one haircut I got their, but I am not willing to pay a ton of money every time.
