Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismPurchased a Package for weight loss. I had one shot left to take however, the small winter storm hit which had residents in there home or taking care of issues they might of had (so that pushed me out 1 week) (I am also a local business owner). I called a week after my last shot was suppose to be taken, I was told that I could not take it cause I was basically passed my due date for the shots ……”NO EMAILS, NO PHONE CALLS”, to say hey come take your shot or schedule a new time or we will EXTEND you shot calendar. Well I said to myself I’ll just do one week shots instead. Went to get a one week shot when I walked in no one acknowledge my presents. Once I got to the counter I was told I would have to see the nurse ALL over again because I was passed a month…..NEGATIVE….I’ll GO TO HOUSTON FROM NOW ON!..
