Lori is an amazing massage therapist. I am a New York State licensed massage therapist (retired due to covid) and I can say hands down Lori knows what she is doing. I have been in pain for the last two months and finally feel relief after just one session.

I have been a regular with Lori now for a few months and she’s great. She takes the time to communicate with you about problem areas and honestly she has helped me a lot. It’s nice to find someone who not only is a highly skilled professional, but seems to genuinely want to help. I’ve been to them all and she’s the best. I have back and shoulder injuries that take maintaining just to feel normal so it’s a must. Her set up is welcoming, cozy table, very reasonable rates. Accommodating, if I sound biased it’s only because at this point she’s a friend. More than I can say about anyone else I’ve dealt with in the field of massage therapy. Give her a try, you won’t regret it!

I saw Lori Breen and received 3 hours of professional sports massage work. TOTAL PRO. Her expertise and detailed work on my damaged shoulder and forearm muscle damage. Expectations: sports massage is working on damaged soft tissue -here my tendons and muscle fiber and it had a real effect on ease of use of fluid mobility. Moving with a purpose is what athletes need . real work takes time just like real damage costs time. As such massage is not snap of it the fingers “DONE” the good thing is methodical practical work like i got from Lori produced results: I did get back far sooner to my race training program- now not loose more muscle mass and strength while waiting for my shoulder and arm to “just naturally heal up in their own”.. for athletes and those wanting to move faster , longer and better : I see her work both as quickening recovery but also as muscle training accelerator -a real competitive advantage.

Had a massage from Breen massage and Wellness and it was above expectation. I have been dealing with a good deal of pain of late and Lori’s approach was let’s not just give you a massage let’s focus on the problem areas. Not a lot of therapists will do this. She took time to listen to me and set the course of action from here. I’m looking forward to working with her in the coming weeks to healing my body. Top notch and classy business all the way.

Thank God I found Lori Breen’s Massage and Wellness Center in Sparta! I live on the Jersey Shore, but traveled out to Sussex to go hiking. Prior to departing, I srained a hamstring. After I arrived in Sussex, I searched for a massage therapist for help, and I found Lori Breen. She is, by far, the best therapist in the business. Very knowledgeable about how to treat my injury. More than just a relaxing massage, but as if I was at sport’s medicine clinic. Make an appointment – you’ll love the experience.

I’ve been to Lori for massages always leaving relaxed and loose. I contacted her last week in severe pain after seeing an orthopedic being diagnosed with a muscle spasm from my neck all down to my wrist. Even AFTER 2 cortisone shots I was still feeling pain. I asked for a 90 min session & she was able to work my pressure points and relase those tight muscles. She is excellent for pampering or if you’re having an issue. She has a calm presence & is extremely knowledgeable.
