This would have been our first services at the salon. Unfortunately, we never made it past the reception desk. The young receptionist wasn’t really allowed to speak, because a stylist stepped in immediately when it became clear that our appointments had been scheduled incorrectly. The stylist only wanted to blame us. She pushed, “did you get the confirmation text”? When I explained that this was our first visit and we didn’t know to expect one, she became visibly upset. I told her that we had scheduled the appointment for this day because I was off from work at school following surgery and my daughter was home on spring break this week. I also told her that we had driven 40 minutes to the salon based on a family referral. This did not help. It made her more frustrated. She was so rude to us that I asked for her card, so that I could call back at a later time and speak with a Manager. She started yelling and telling us to, “get out of there!” Then she said that she was going to get the owner. My very upset daughter went outside to the car. I waited and told the owner what had happened. She listened like a statue. In my heart, I believe that they behave this badly often and it is overlooked. I do not know why, but it is a shame.

Awesome salon with a warm/welcoming environment. I have been coming to Reds since they opened and always feel at home when I am there. The girls are all awesome women who are amazing at their craft. I don’t live locally but make the drive to see Kendra and Amber because they do such an amazing job and I love supporting them.
