DO NOT GO HERE!! I asked them to remove my acrylics and they removed the rest of my nail too. Burned me several times with the file drill. My nails are as short as they go now and still somehow bendy from being sanded down to paper thin. My nails are completely ruined for probably the next 6 months while I take biotin to grow them out. Price was great no over charging. I even received a free gift. It was a hand lotion. Definitely recommend. They where super nice and helped me find the correct lavender color. They listened to what I wanted. Great customer service. Thank you Express Nail Salon.

She’s great at looking at a photo and trying to give you what you want. I haven’t been let down yet. I haven’t been nicked or cut by her either. You do have to buy a nail kit, which is a nail file and buffer, if you don’t have one. I think they’re a dollar or two. This place is never dirty, and always clean. Hannah is my girl! I have been hunting for a regular nail tech since moving to Oregon 7 YEARS ago. Finally found her. She’s great at looking at a photo and trying to give you what you want. I haven’t been let down yet. I haven’t been nicked or cut by her either. You do have to buy a nail kit, which is a nail file and buffer, if you don’t have one. I think they’re a dollar or two. i made an appointment got there a few minutes early she was working on someone so i waited when she finished with that client about ten minutes she started on another one not saying a word i had been sitting there for twenty minutes there was no one else i wasn’t about to wait an hour when i had an appointment, very unprofessional i called another salon and they took me right in , this place sucks in customer service and attentiveness to clients.

Do NOT waste your $$…People were nice, but I got a new girl who didn’t speak any English, which is not a huge deal but when you try to communicate and she looks to another person and can’t respond it is a bit frustrating… anyways she should not be doin nails! She does not have the talent or eye for it! Went in for pedi and got up sold to get mani too with $5 discount on mani if I did both… so I did…. BIG mistake, horrible job on pedi and mani!!!!! Toe nails are all jagged/ different lengths… paid extra for french on both pedi and mani but got white streaks in the back part of nail where it’s supposed to be clear and not uniform white painted tips.(the white tips on my pointer fingers where much wider than the rest of my nails because the second lady “tried” to fix) I had shellac on my finger nails and asked then to remove and the girl didn’t soak them off… she filed them… which made them all rough and bumpy and I asked her to buff them more and make sure all shellac was off b4 proceeding with new polish but I got the response of….they don’t like to file too much because it makes the nails weak… well then how bout soaking them off like you’re supposed to in the first place?! Always I asked them to fix white streaks and another girl took over and did not do any better. but then proceed to say they looked great ….WRONG! I was tired of dealing with them, if I could have canceled my payment I would have….grrrrrr! It’s now 2 days later and my mani is already chipped and so bad I’m gonna have to remove all polish. Do NOT go here!!! I will NEVER return!!!

My nails turned out cute, but however not the best nail job. I would have much preferred Hannah to do my nails. Last time I came in here , it was about 60 dollars. I came in with my friend today and they charged me 90 dollars for a new set of acrylics, I couldn’t even tip my nail tech! I just want everyone to be aware before they pick this place. I’ll go back to my old nail place before I come back here
