Critical: QualityOn a visit to Bizbee and in need of a cut I went to Red Shoes based on all the great reviews. I must have gone on a bad day because I got a horrible haircut. It has been 6 weeks and my hair is still a train wreck. A short cut that looks like chopped garbage. I had to ask to have it washed and then barely got it styled. I keep waiting for the mess to grow out but nope. Still a mess. I do not normally write reviews and I picked this salon because of ALL the great reviews…but such was not my experience. Be warned. On a visit to Bizbee and in need of a cut I went to Red Shoes based on all the great reviews. I must have gone on a bad day because I got a horrible haircut. It has been 6 weeks and my hair is still a train wreck. A short cut that looks like chopped garbage. I had to ask to have it washed and then barely got it styled. I explained what I wanted and even questioned the cut as Donna patiently and professionally worked on my hair. She did an excellent job, and it is obvious she has the experience and knowledge to provide the best quality styles. I explained what I wanted and even questioned the cut as Donna patiently and professionally worked on my hair.
