Went in today for a new patient consultation and I was very please with my appt. I have 6 months to decide on whether I will go with them. If I decide within that time frame, they will subtract today’s consultation cost from my bill. I like that! I wasn’t there too long. There were a few lag times, but no more than at my regular MDs office. The true test will come when & if I sign up for the Life Style weight losss program. Initially I will be very needy (probably many questions) as I attempt to get my food choices to a place where I can be successful. Hopefully they will be just as cordial and understanding at that point too.

Today I had my consultation and it was all I was hoping for. Everyone from the general manager to the NP were amazing and helpful. My appointment started before the requested time which was perfect. Very peaceful atmosphere. I signed up on spot and cannot wait to get the program started next week. I am confident this is the right choice for me. No more processed food from Jenny for this girl.

Everyone was so friendly.. it only took an hour to do vitals, get Info and meet with a practitioner and start the program. I’m already down 2.5 pounds in 24 hours.. I did research first from my friend who lost 16 lbs in 4- 6 weeks and she is extremely happy with the program. So I was aware of how the program worked and was already on board with my nutrition which speeded everything up. They have an easy system to follow for those that haven’t had experience doing so. I’m excited for my journey and i know I will Be well taken care of if I have any concerns.

This location was great but the wait time was a little irritating. I was scheduled at 9:30am, I didn’t see the PA until 10:20am. I had several bottles of water and just told they had 2 late shows that were going to be seen before me. What? If they missed their appt time reschedule them, don’t make a new patient wait who’s is getting a consultation. Ugh! Then they charged me $55 for waiting. Yes, that was the price of a consultation. I mean you’re a discount of the consultation price at least if your making a new patient wait. That just set the bar low for how they schedule. They ladies at the front desk were very welcoming though, that was the good part of my visit. Waiting not so much.

After hearing ads forever on the radio, I finally went in to see what it was all about. The staff was really amazing and there was no pressure to participate in any particular program. I chose what works for me. I really liked that the provider took the time to listen to my slightly lengthy personal story to really understand the issues and factors that are important to me. Would definitely recommend.
