Last month I found her card and was tired of my long hair so I made an appt. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon, (and I’ve had many). My hair turned out better than I ever thought it would! I’ll never grow it long again. And talking to shimmeryWhitney about life was so comforting because I don’t have friends here due to caring for my Dad with Alzheimers. I met Whitney last year in a Circle K. I asked her where she got her hair done because I loved it and she gave me her card. Last month I found her card and was tired of my long hair so I made an appt. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon, (and I’ve had many). Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhitney did a fantastic half green dye on my hair and I loved it. Thought it was a bit long on top the next day and she hooked me up and made it perfect. This place is cool and they are super nice and accommodating.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI TRUSTED “reviews” regarding a Brazilian blowout. Unfortunately my hair is in the same conduit in as I arrived. I texted Whitney within 45 of the leaving the salon to let her know the 4 step process was not completed. Whitney did not reply. I then called her the yunext day and she answered saying she hadn’t checked any messages. I told her what was going on with my hair and the extreme smell of chemical in my hair. Whitney did not wash out the chemical after applying it as instructed per the blowout instructions. She advised me to come in. I came in sat down and she looked through my hair and said it is supposed to be curly LOL! I’ve gotten at least 8 Brazilians and I’ve NEVER had this issue before. The heavy set woman defended her styling mishap and assured me she also does an incomplete job!!! I advised her that is not how a Brazilian works and you must rinse after applying treatment and then blow dry and straighten again! The heavy set woman said she did her job and people just want discounts. VERY unprofessional being I happily tipped $50 cash on top of the $150 charge. So it’s definitely not about money, it’s about service! When I had advised the heavy set woman who declared herself as the owner that I’d make a review, she said do it. I’ll have it removed anyway! Just wow no tact nor professionalism. If you want service …. I advised her I was going to submit a review and the heavy set woman replied with do it and we will just take it down. Hence why you see no negative comments! Don’t come here. I texted Whitney within 45 of the leaving the salon to let her know the 4 step process was not completed. Whitney did not reply.
