I have moderate acne scarring and visited Vibe for radio frequency micro-needling. Stephanie is knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and treatment goals. She explained the different options available and that she typically has the best success with a combination of laser and chemical peels, but there was no pressure or suggestion that I should amend or upgrade my treatment. I ultimately decided to stick with the RF needling which was conducted professionally and without pain (medical grade numbing cream applied).

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went into Vibe Med Spas for a microneedling treatment excited to resurface my skin and came out crying because of how rude they were to me. The owner took me into a dark room for a “consult” that lasted less than a minute. She did not come close to look at my skin but verbatim said “You can do microneedling but it won’t do anything for your skin. Do you really want to do it?”. She said I should upgrade to IPL which I refused. When numbing my face she said then that I shouldn’t do IPL because I had melasma and it would darken my sun spots. She was so critical of my skin just because I wouldn’t upgrade my service. This was my first time using them and the owner herself was so rude and degrading. I drove the entire way home crying. No one should be treated this way. Please do not give any money to this woman. She belittles people for no reason at all. I was happy and pleasant going in and I felt personally attacked before my appointment and then trapped there sitting there for an hour long treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I waited until I had a few treatments at Vibe Med Spas to post this review, but this is truly the best med spa in the valley. The staff there is wonderful, Stephanie is simply amazing. She is honest about every treatment and will let you know what will work best for you and your skin. I have had ReSurfx laser treatment 3 times to treat my acne scars. Let me tell you I was worried I wouldn’t see any improvement but I definitely see a difference. They also have amazing specials and discounts. I will be a life long costumer, I booked a VI peel in a few weeks!

Sonja is an amazing laser technician. She is very knowledgeable and knows the best settings for your skin type to achieve maximum benefits while protecting the skin from any damage. She is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Her demeanor makes it easy to ask questions and get all the information you need about your treatment. She did such a wonderful job on my Laser Hair Reduction for my legs and Brazilian it was virtually pain free. I would recommend everyone go to Sonja for you laser needs!!!
