Very unhappy with service. Made an appointment online and was told in the chair doing my face wax prices went up Lol.. I made an appointment for full face and lashes and unware of price change has not been updated in the online service system. I thought that this was very unprofessional and I should had been honored service due to me making an appointment. I am not a new customer either I will not be returning to any RC’S Waxing and Threading. As she said owner has not made change SMH this location in not good for service.

This was my first time trying RC’s and just off this visit alone I know I’ll be back. Selma did my Brazilian and my jelly mask. She was thorough and even recommended the Pink Pearl wax . If your super sensitive to getting waxed please please try the pink pearl wax!!!! It’s the BEST! My pain was little to none just off of changing the type of wax. I also got the hydro jelly mask and it was nice too. Thank you Selma

Rehana has been doing eyebrows since she worked at Greenbriar mall and always kept my eyebrows intact. She also has been doing my Brazilian waxes and she cleans me up nicely. I highly recommend you ask for her. So cool and loves her job!!
