Extremely disappointed! The lady who did my nails was not focused and was rough! She cut my thumb, filed down my nails to the skin, and the surface of my nails looks uneven nor smooth The whole process was rushed and the nail tech was rude and I felt she just wanted to rush me out of the door! I have had SNS nail polish done so many times, not one time looked this horrible! My nails look like hell

My daughter, sister, and I have been going to Pearl Nails for about 4 years now and love it! All staff are professional and knowledgeable and even the standard pedi include hot paraffin and a massage. They recently tidied up the interior during Covid and instituted some safety practices. It’s not hi-end spa decor, but then, the prices aren’t hi-end either! Highly recommend!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got a powder dip a few months ago and there were black spots in the top coat the nail tech was using. Dirt Or whatever debris were in the top coat were on my nails (.I know she saw it) Once it dried. Then once I got the nails taken off they were GREEN UNDERNEATH. Unsanitary and poor quality. For sixty five dollars plus tip I will NEVER GO BACK. Disappointed and disgusted. Do better CLEAN YOYR SHOP AND USE NEW POLISH. And clean instruments when you do someone’s nails. Honestly I don’t even think there autoclave was even operating properly. Absolutely excellent experience! I felt like I was at a high end spa. All of the lotions, scrubs and paraffin wrap…oh and the massage. As a mom who’s always on the go I really want to make sure that when I choose a nail salon I have a relaxing experience. I was totally in heaven and the amount of care and detail was above and beyond. I am a repeat customer and plan on continuing!!!
