Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy son has struggled with getting haircuts since we gave him his first one as a toddler. We tried lots a places and stylists/barbers, but Jake hands-down takes the cake. He is so patient and understanding when my son gets anxious about hair on his face. My son has struggled with getting haircuts since we gave him his first one as a toddler. We tried lots a places and stylists/barbers, but Jake hands-down takes the cake. He is so patient and understanding when my son gets anxious about hair on his face. He also talks through haircuts with us to ensure we’re getting what we want and it fits with the amount of time a 9 year old will spend on his hair. 🙂

He is always friendly and is very professional and takes pride in the services that he provides. The wait time isn’t that long and the store is always clean and other staff is always friendly towards me. Everytime I come to Rayz barbershop Jake is my preferred barber. He knows what I like to get done. He is always friendly and is very professional and takes pride in the services that he provides. The wait time isn’t that long and the store is always clean and other staff is always friendly towards me. One complaint that I have is that they don’t use a straight razor other then that everything is top notch.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs the mom of a 3 year old with Autism— pre-verbal at that— haircuts can be stressful for EVERYONE in a barbershop—me, him, customers, stylists… BUT the staff present on Saturday, September 19 was phenomenal!!! I wish I could recall the young lady that cut my son’s hair but this was a time when his behavior was the worst and he came away with the best haircut he’s ever had! She stayed calm and professional in a most stressful situation as my son screamed, squirmed, and cried. He has not always reacted this way and is usually so well behaved during haircuts but two Covid tests later he gets nervous when people he doesn’t know touch his head/face. Understandable. The other stylists tried to make my son happy and still styled their clients without so much as a complaint. As the mom of a 3 year old with Autism— pre-verbal at that— haircuts can be stressful for EVERYONE in a barbershop—me, him, customers, stylists… BUT the staff present on Saturday, September 19 was phenomenal!!! I checked in and was asked what I was there for. I repeated what I had come for and was asked have a seat in the chair. I was asked again what I was there for in the chair. Then I was told they did not have time for all of those services. So lesson learned I will stick with the pros at Bello Barber. First time and last time I will use this business. I called ahead and made an appointment for a hair cut, eyebrow trim, and beard trim. I checked in and was asked what I was there for.
