I’ve been going here for awhile now and witnessed a rather interesting series of events tonight. Just wanted to hop on here to shout out the extremely pleasant girl behind the front counter (didn’t catch her name). She had to handle some rather…errr…complicated customers during my visit tonight and she did it with absolute grace and professionalism. Come to find out…she is new there! Bravo girl.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTommy’s has cornered the market and that’s for very good reason. The staff are wonderful, honest and patient people. A staff member was so patient counting $31 in nickels and dimes and 91 cents in penny’s. I wish she would have told me about Coinstar. It would have saved a lot of her time to attend to present customers and cleaning. Times are tough in this present day recession, leaving me very strapped for cash. Again, the staff member took a great deal of her time to count my change and for that I am grateful. If I knew there was another way to make her job easier, I definitely would have been much obliged to do so. I am not from the area so it was helpful of her to tell me that there were Coinstar’s EVERYWHERE. I will be bringing the rest of my change wherever I go, since they are everywhere.The establishment is highly attended to as are the customers. They have a great selection of lotions and take the time to find the best one’s for your skin tone. Their security is very comforting and I appreciate that, as I felt very safe. Thank you Tommy’s for being among one of the most elite tanning facilities that I’ve been to. Keep up the great work! Tommy’s has cornered the market and that’s for very good reason. The staff are wonderful, honest and patient people. A staff member was so patient counting $31 in nickels and dimes and 91 cents in penny’s. I wish she would have told me about Coinstar.
