Always love my lashes from Brooklynn! I have been going to her for 5-6 years now. I get volume lashes and they last a long time. I get fills every 2 weeks for personal preference and most of the time when my appointment comes up I feel like I don’t need a fill yet. You will love having lashes and Brooklynn always can get me in when it’s convenient for me and does quality work.

I was honestly very sad that my service did not reflect the other reviews, I wanted to love my experience here. The studio is cute and clean and Brooklyn worked quickly, but I have been getting my lashes done for almost two years, and I’ve never had a volume set look so much like a classic. The lashes started falling out the same day they were applied (and I know about shedding patterns, these lashes didn’t have any of my natural lashes attached, it seemed more like they just weren’t glued on properly.) I have never had so much lash loss so quickly, within about 4 days I felt like I was already ready for a fill. The ‘volume fans’ that were falling out were individual lashes, I found maybe 4 lashes that looked like two or three had been glued together, but they were definitely not fans, and definitely not volume. I felt so bald and naked that I had to schedule a new fill with another technician a week early, and when I walked in the first thing she said about my lashes was, “I thought you said it had only been a week since your last fill, this looks like longer. And you told me you had a volume set, not classic.” It ended up costing me a lot of money and time to fix. Again, I was so excited to have found this lounge and wanted to love it so much, but it was overall a big waste of money 🙁
