I loved the wash! Front desk/wash assistant listened to me and def. gave me a great wash and massage for the treatment I asked for. The blow dry with Suada didn’t go so well. She burned my scalp 3 times until I had to tell her something and her blowout was mediocre.

I used to love getting my hair done here but after twice making an appointment for one stylist and being pawned off to the most inexperienced woman there, i am taking my business elsewhere. Most of the ladies do great work and my hair looks amazing 3 days later but the youngest girl there cant blow dry hair to save her life and my hair looks dull and lifeless the next day. If you are going to throw your clients onto another stylist make sure she has the same training as everyone else. Otherwise is a disservice.

Extremely unprofessional. It was one lady working not sure of her name cherina? Had an appt for 4. I walk in twenty minutes later she asks me am I waiting for someone. Clearly lack of communication when making appt. I didn’t let it phase me at first. 40 minutes in she asks the front desk lady to wash my hair. I ask her questions about the purple shampoo products… she gives me one word answers and has her back to me as I’m asking her again what product she feels is best. I was completely turned off at that point by the lack of professionalism as well as the disrespect. Whoever let’s this woman run the hair salon alone on a Tuesday should really consider having someone else with her because she’s clearly failing miserably
