The only reason I give 1 star is because there is not a 0 star option. I found out first hand they have no empathy for patients and definitely do not care about patient well being. They do not do what they say they will do and then charge you anyway. I will never go there again.

Beginning to question this place. I had 3 moles removed. One was on my back. I had a call that 2 moles tested “abnormal cells.” So I had to return for Dr Gomez to go deeper to remove abnormal cells. Since spots were on the back, I can’t see, but the next day when changing bandage, my husband stated there was a big open hole and maybe I should of had stitches?! I had procedures like this done before…….in Murfreesboro and had stitches.So why didn’t I get stitches for this procedure? Why do I have a big open hole on my back?

I have had great experiences with everyone I have met here. The receptionists are sweet and funny, the nurses are really personable and kind. The clinic is so efficient- I have never spent too much time in the waiting area or in the exam room. Lana Goodman, DCNP is also very nice and always explains every procedure and result in a calming way. I will be happy to go to them for any concerns or routine skin exams.

Went in twice for the same issue and they were unable to diagnose or help me correctly. The actual doctor would also only saw me for about 2 minutes both times. He did not examine my actual skin at all and was gaslighting me when I had questions about my skin. I have gone here for topical skin issues like warts and they were good for that, but otherwise it is not worth it.

Very nice, compassionate, caring, focused staff along with Dr. The Dr was very gentle. They seen me the day I called. Gave me meds take to make infection heal. Then I had cyst cut out my lip. Would recommend this office.

My appt was at 9am and I was out of there by 9:25. Ashley removed my skin tag. She was very polite and professional and explained the care instruction sheet. All the staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend them. I also liked the fact that the complex is a 1 story building, flat level, with single door access to each business. No long walking or climbing stairs.

I visited here a month ago to have, what turned out to be, a benign cyst removed. I was seen right away, and the staff was very friendly. They gave me instructions on how to keep the stitches clean and saw me a week later to have them removed. It has since fully healed with no scarring, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting something checked out or cosmetic dermatology work done in the Chattanooga/Hixson area.
