Really great salon. The owner and main hair designer (Rose) has many years of experience doing hair, and has been in the neighborhood for all of her career. She is great with all her customers, including kids and senior citizens. And I was happy to see that it is actually a dog friendly hair salon. Clients sometimes bring their dogs in, and Rose puts out a bowl of water and doggie treats! I cannot say enough good things about Rare Hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. It really is a jewel of a place.
