After each massage therapy session I have with Raquel, I feel noticeably better than when I arrived. Raquel is gifted at what she does and has a gentle yet deep massage style. She knows the human musculature and can offer suggestions for exercises and lifestyle changes to complement her massages. My husband also goes to Raquel for his shoulders and back issues. We each have sessions once or twice every month as needed. Raquel is part of our holistic approach to health!!!

After being placed on disability I really needed a lot of therapy to walk and stand again to get back to a normal life.
