If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I wanted TWO inches cut off my hair and instead I got 6, if not more, inches cut off and a completely butchered cut. The “manager” was very rude about it and offered to “fix it but didn’t want to make me cry anymore”. I told her no. Everytime I come here it’s always been a good experience. I just got my hair cut and colored band could not be happier with the results. The staff there are friendly and patient, and will work with you to help get the hair you want. I cannot express enough how underrated and hardworking this place is. They do get busy so appointments are a must and greatly appreciated. But the wait is worth it. Please give this place the love it deserves.

Positive: QualityI’ve been here 4 times once for me( great experience idk what her name was tho) and 3 times for my son who hates haircuts. The 1st time Paige did a good job and really worked with my son to make sure she could do as much as she could while he was comfortable. The 2nd time. I won’t name her but I didn’t like her at all and she ruined my sons hair and didn’t even try to get him comfortable first. And this 3rd time I was amazed with Chelsea she was amazing she took the time to make sure my son was comfortable , introduced him to all the tools she was using, stopped when he needed her to stop and asked if he was okay with her starting again. She even got on the floor to do something because it was more comfortable for my son instead of forcing my son to do what would make it easier for her. She also didn’t use any tools/stopped using clippers when my son became uncomfortable with it even tho it would have been way easier to use the clippers. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind throughout the experience. Definitely recommend getting your hair done by Genesis or Lauren as the both of them did very good on mine and my friends hair.

I’ve been going to the manager Genesis here for years now and I am absolutely amazed at the talent! Being a blonde it’s hard to find someone who can give me the right tone and color I want and she kills it every time! Always polite, accommodating, and helped me find products to get my hair back to a healthy state when I first started going to her. She listens to what I want and does an amazing job keeping my length on my hair cuts while also getting rid of a lot of the dead ends.
