My barber Steve retired after he had done my hair for 25 years. So I went hunting and found a rather hidden gem in the Rancho shopping center on Foothill expressway in Los Altos. Although there is a sign facing the parking area, the shop itself is a little way down a passage-way. The proprietor, Nancy, greets everybody with a broad smile. I found the hair care excellent and responsive to my needs. Even my wife likes it.

5 stars – been coming here since they changed management. I have ethnic curly hair and its difficult to find barbers who know what they are doing. One wrong snip and its bad. Ive had my haircut by both barbers and I havn’t had any issues nor complaints. Plus I like the hot towel shave service and friendly conversation. They even address me by name now. Suggest making an appointment to lock in your session.
