Critical: ProfessionalismI was a walk in and they said they had 3 people ahead of me. They took those 3 and 2 additional people. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and going to assume those other 2 had preexisting appointments but regardless I did not get a good vibe at all. When we were finally “next” the 2 available stylists decided to get thirsty or leave the store for a ‘break’. Getting skipped over twice is a bit much. I was the only non white client that came in within those 45 minutes that we waited for a simple kids haircut.. if you catch my drift it’s hard not to think that’s why we were made to wait longer. I was a walk in and they said they had 3 people ahead of me. They took those 3 and 2 additional people. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and going to assume those other 2 had preexisting appointments but regardless I did not get a good vibe at all. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNormally the larger haircut chains like Supercuts deliver very average cuts, but I found one of the best cuts I’ve ever had at this location. If you’re a guy with a shorter haircut I couldn’t recommend Donna enough. She’s extremely efficient, remembers exactly what you like, and nails it every time. Normally the larger haircut chains like Supercuts deliver very average cuts, but I found one of the best cuts I’ve ever had at this location. If you’re a guy with a shorter haircut I couldn’t recommend Donna enough. She’s extremely efficient, remembers exactly what you like, and nails it every time. I advised I did and he stated we would be helped momentarily. When he finished cleaning he came to the waiting area and told another gentleman that he was ready for him and told me that as long as no one else came in he would be able to help us when he finished. Made an appointment and arrived on time. The stylist was cleaning his station. He asked if we checked in and made an appointment on line. I advised I did and he stated we would be helped momentarily.
