I was so thrilled when discovering Spa Haven opened a New Hope location! This is my go-to place when suffering from my chronic shoulder pain. The massages are therapeutic, and really work at every muscle. I would say this is more of a deep, deep tissue type massage, however you can request as much or little pressure as necessary. I will definitely be returning!
