Critical: QualityI wanted to like this place, but just had a bad experience. My acrylics were not evenly shaped and the application was not smooth. I was the only one in the salon and the lady hurried me along. It’s been 5 days since I got them done and one nail completely popped off so they weren’t properly prepped. I wanted to like this place, but just had a bad experience. My acrylics were not evenly shaped and the application was not smooth. I was the only one in the salon and the lady hurried me along. It’s been 5 days since I got them done and one nail completely popped off so they weren’t properly prepped. For a total of $60 it wasn’t worth it. I would go somewhere else.

I wanted shellac for both my mani and pedi but was talked into dip for my mani. I was rushed along as several people came in after me and don’t feel I got $90 worth of services. It is hit and miss here. I have had a few excellent times and several not so great times. I was extremely disappointed this last time. I wanted shellac for both my mani and pedi but was talked into dip for my mani. I was rushed along as several people came in after me and don’t feel I got $90 worth of services. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in for a walk in appointment and they greeted us and sat us down immediately! They were very friendly and did a great job in a timely manner. The chairs were very comfy with all the massage buttons. We got two pedicures for only $65. Great deal! Critical: QualityI have a regular place that I normally go to and normally plan ahead but I had an ELLE WOODS MOMENT and needed work last min. I guess this is what I get for not planing ahead and just going with what I know.I just decided to try a new place once. I picked this place because of the reviews. I was saddened to experience the service to my friends nails as well as my nails were not good.My friend was getting acrylic and I was getting a gel manicure.The fellow that worked on my friend weirdly shaped all her nails, one thumb was noticeably longer than the other and the guy nicked almost all of her fingers. Drawing blood.I got gel manicure and a five year old could have painted my nails better and it started peeling after 2 days, I just ended up taking it off. It was terrible. And when the lady put lotion on my arms and wrists she didn’t even rub it in she lathered it on and pulled my hoody down soaking it in lotion. I almost freaked out. Because it stained my sweater. I was so dissatisfied. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been to this place 3 different times. Each time I remember why I hesitate to go back. I took my daughter and I in for pedicures.They seemed annoyed as soon as we walked in the door. It wasn’t busy. For my 9 year old daughter, they filled the water up then had her waiting for 10 minutes. All they did was sloppily paint polish on.For me, there was no, “ which pedicure would you like?”They filled lukewarm water in tub. Slapped some lotion on my legs- there was no “massaging” this in.Then filed my toenails and painted them. And this was the worst paint job I’ve had. I paid $68 for this. It was like a slap in the face. We also walked out within 20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration.Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
