I went for an acrylic fill in and one nail repair Last Thursday (4 days ago). It took the guy like an hour to finish. The nails turned out bumpy and I like them smooth. I always get gel color. In four days it is already fading, and I was charged $35. I usually go to Greenbier Mall, they usually charge me $30 or less for the same thing including hand massage,better quality nails and the gel color lasts me 3 weeks or more. I decided to give this salon a second chance to try it out because it is closer to me and I was in a rush. But never again!!

Horrible service! I will never return! Got a full set and pedicure, asked for coffin shape and I got square. Paint job looks horrible and messy.Pedicure was rushed! They didn’t even do half the stuff that is done during a pedicure! I went back the next day to see if they could fix the shape issue and the man had an attitude and started yelling in Chinese! I informed him I would like someone else to attempt to fix since he did them incorrectly, he then yelled again (in Chinese) UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My wedding is a week away and I decided to try a new place since it was closer to my friends house who was going to be joining me. The man who greeted us was nice and started my nails first while my friend got her pedicure by a woman. My nails and toes came out great and I was happy (I got a French tip acrylic with clear glitter polish as well as on the toes)where as my friends toes were great (done by the woman) but her finger nails (done by the man who did my nails) came out absolutely horrible. He pushed her to get powder polish that she did not even want and the glitter designs become a hot mess of a blob on all her nails expect the thumbs. When it came to the price our nails together came to a total of $161! $78 for hers and $83 for mine. He said it was because of my gel and her powder polish. I never even asked for gel polish, most places ask if you want gel since it’s more expensive. My friend wanted gel but he pushed her into getting something that was more expensive than gel but yet mine still cost more??? It makes no sense, we got Cheated, and I’m more disappointed I didn’t do/say more about it. I WILL NEVER RETURN, I’d give this place no stars if I could. My usual place would of charged $80 for the BOTH of us, but $80 individually is ridiculous. I’ve learned my lesson.

Just left urgent care..nail fungus and bacterial infection. This is the only nail salon that I’ve been going to the last few months. Just got a new set last Friday, I’m sure the nail tech (owner) saw it, do why not address it then. Instead he said nothing- that’s very unprofessional. Before this I thought the prices were fine and liked their choices of polishes..now probably will never go back. I’ve been getting my nails done for years (not here) and have never experienced this!

HATED IT! First the women doing my pedicure didn’t say two words to me the whole entire time. Not hey, bye or anything in between. 4 days later I come back because my two big toes were chipped, when I sat down to get them fix the guy tries to dab the polish on the chipped part so I proceed to ask him to take all the polish off of those toes & he INSISTED that it will be fine…so I let him. 2 days later 3 of my toes including my big toes were chipped worse than before! Smh so I go back and a woman is doing them, at this point I’m like take all the polish off my toes and redo them because I don’t want to be back in another two days so she puts about 2 or 3 coats on my big toes and only 1 coat on the rest……..smh I was no more good after that, I will never be back..like EVER!

Both me and my wife had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait was less than 10 minutes with 3 people sitting in the lobby. We will definitely return to this salon!
