My visit did not start off great. I was ten minutes early for my 12:30 appointment and didn’t see another person until 12:37. I wandered down the hall to find the bathroom by myself. I heard voices, so I knew people were there. Just not at the front desk. When Ashley came out of the room, she was friendly and got me the paperwork I needed to get started, though she never apologized for being late. However, she did a great job with the wax! She was very knowledgeable and explained all the important aftercare information. I was very comfortable with her and I look forward to going back. I just hope more people will be working that day for the whole customer experience to be better.
