My first time in this Final Cut Sports Barbershop in the Mall of America on the third floor. Not a long wait at all.I got a very nice decent cut today. Wonderful customer service. Alex cuts my hair, great barber you will leave with a fresh cut and a clean sharp lining. Thanks Alex for all the awesome haircuts . I asked for a straightforward cut any experienced barber could give. He must have been too busy watching soccer and yawning because he cut my hair at a slant on the back, left large tufts of hair over my ears uncut. I asked him to shave in a hard part but instead of following the pre-cut line he made his own and now it looks like I have racing stripes. It was just a really bad haircut and I hope somewhere else can fix it. Price was $34and the suggested tips were all above 40% which was jarring. So be careful when/if tipping.

My man Josh D makes this place legit. Barbers come and go through this great location. Most with talent but Josh is a great old school guy who helps those young barbers trying to find their way. Easy check in process and tons to see and do if you have to wait.

Now this place is a real hit or miss . What I mean by that is it’s inside the Mall Of American so you can guess it’s pretty packed most of the time. With that being said schedule if you can or get there as early as possible so you won’t have to wait a hour or two. I go here a few times a month so I’m pretty use to the process by now , plus I grew up walking around the mall for fun. Sign up on the computer soon as you walk in and ask a barber how long is the wait if they don’t automatically tell you just ASK them, don’t be afraid. And don’t forget to sign up ASAP use your correct email address or cell phone number so that they can contact you as soon as the next available barber seat is open. They all our pretty good barbers and new barbers are in there all the time. If your not sure what style you want or want to know the price just talk to a barber, they are friendly and can tell you everything you need to know just don’t be rude or afraid.

He cut my sideburns into a square, all the way to the top my ear. I am assuming that the other barbers in the shop can cut better. I get fades 2 to 3x per month & have done so for the last 20 years…And to keep it 100 (no exaggeration), this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The barber that demolished my line up – the tall white guy (Lucas) – is probably fresh out of barber school, but if he is just now learning to cut, he probably should have mentioned that to me. I usually only go to a few barbers that I know, but I needed a quick fade while I was at the mall today so I took the gamble.
