The stylist is always prompt and during the Pandemic creates an environment where her customers feel safe. She informs you of her days off each month, and is expeditious when doing your hair. My mother, myself, and my 2 sisters all have different hair textures/types and she was able to wash, dry, and cut all of our hair EXACTLY how we wanted to and was able to cut my thick curly hair while wet! most stylists have to dry and straighten my hair before cutting it but Denise can do it all! After my first visit, I recommended my mother and 2 sisters go see her and now she has 4 new regular customers! She also asked me how much I paid for it. She told me she will give me a call in the afternoon to set up an appointment, and I did not hear from her. I waited two days and called her. She told me again that she is with a customer and she will call me back. She never called me back, and she never returned my phone calls to set up an appointment. I purchased a coupon on Groupon for a Keratin Treatment. When I called to set up an appointment, Denise asked if I could get a refund from Groupon and pay her directly.
