I haven’t found anyone in Kalamazoo after living here for six years that I liked how they did my hair, so I drove an hour and a half away to my girl I’d seen before. I am sure there are plenty of good stylist out there in kazoo so I am not bashing that, I just didn’t find one of them and after about 6 attempts I gave up for a long time. I was desperate and cut my own hair because I couldn’t get home and the ends were driving me crazy, don’t worry no crisis bangs or anything. I decided Sunday, I needed to get it fixed. (Turns out they have a profession for a reason) so I went the the closest place I could find open on a Sunday. I booked my appt online and went to meet Saphire at 12:30 to fix my hair because no way anyone could make it worse. I let her know my shame and my experience but decided to just go for it! AMAZING! Absolutely fantastic she listened, made suggestions, confirmed, it was such a great experience I ended up going back to finally get my roots covered and highlights toned up. She did amazing once again. Bonus- gave waxing=so detailed and particular! Love it! Definitely give this place a try! Plus the cost is even lower then I have ever paid in the past.

I saw Haley for a pretty extreme-change (for me) haircut, taking off more then ten inches for a really cute, short bob-cut that I absolutely love. She even offered for me to call in next day for an appointment on her next shift should I see any room for adjustment, but she got it perfect the first time around 🙂 Haley clearly takes such great pride and enjoyment in her art and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I am in love with my haircut, and if the other artists at this salon are as kind-hearted, client-oriented and as dedicated to excellent service as she is, you are going to love seeking all the services provided here at the Supercuts on Gull Road in Kalamazoo, MI!
