Very disappointing. I’m visiting Palo Alto for a little while to see old friends. I made an online appointment for threading but the response showed I’d been booked in Redwood City. I called and moved it to Palo Alto. I arrived on time and asked for the restroom, which was dusty and dirty and I didn’t want to even put my purse down. There was only cold water to wash my hands.
