The results are not what they’re supposed to be. I’ve completed 5 of 6 sessions so I should have almost complete hair reduction, but one of my legs looks like I haven’t had it treated at all. The other also has missed spots and seems to be growing back. I’m literally a perfect candidate with dark hair and light skin and have followed the rules with no sun exposure and their 4-6 week spacing if appointments. I’ve recently started going somewhere else for a different body part and have had noticeable results after only 1 and 2 visits. When I asked the parameters for laser intensity used, SEV is using a less strong laser on my on my 5th appointment than my other facility starts people out on. I gave the SEV technician feedback that I don’t even feel the laser and she said that’s normal, my other facility said you should feel a little stinging and smell plume to indicate the laser is strong enough to get results (which I have at their facility). I’m not sure why SEV would intentionally use an ineffective laser intensity. It’s not going to prompt me to continue with more visits with them, but I will now go somewhere else that is effective and won’t recommend SEV to others.

Although they are generally nice, I had bad results. I have had laser done before and saw much better results from half the amount of sessions. I came here to finish off my laser treatment and within a month and a half of stopping, the hair has grown back (that’s after 6 sessions) and I have pale skin and dark hair. The only hair that hasn’t grown back is the hair that was lasered at a different salon, two years ago. I’m not sure if they’re using a different laser or what but I would honestly recommend going somewhere else.
