I don’t go in here often because the products are a bit out of my price range and honestly I’m not really a fan of most of their fragrances— not that they’re bad, they’re just not for me (I like “toke” and the “skin therapy” fragrances, though). But, every time I’ve been in employees have been very friendly and helpful, and it seems like the stuff is good quality.

I live in Florida and have spent an unimaginable amount on RAD products over the years. I will 100% never buy or use again. I normally send huge orders to family as gifts and to myself. I was visiting Albany last week, went in the store, expecting to spend $100 or so. The woman working was rude beyond description. Welcome to NYS. I foolishly bought something my mother wanted and regretted it but have definitely never been treated so rudely in any store.

My fiancé and I went in this past Saturday to support local and add to our bridal party/groomsmens’ gifts. Not only were the products amazing but the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to help make our order extra special. They were so personable and took the time to help us make the right purchases for what we were looking for. That’s what made our trip to RAD soap in Stuyvesant memorable and will keep us coming back! I already love their excellent products. After seeing Facebook ads for the Chaga Face Cream, I decided to visit the flagship store in Stuyvesant Plaza. Not only were all COVID protocols in place, the salesclerk offered me a great deal on a prepackaged gift set and I got a free hand sanitizer. The face cream is wonderful and I love my new Toke perfume rollerball also!

LOVE the product but sadly the costumer service sucked. My friend and I left the store horrified & angry @ how rude the woman behind the counter was. Not only was she condescending but clearly didnt care we were spending over $100 in her store. I called to vent to a friend of our unfortunate experience & she knew exactly the woman I was talking about & had had the same poor experience. I will give people the benefit of the doubt of having a bad day but dont take the misery of your life out on the costumers…..that’s a sure way to lose them.

Such a great soap store, locally owned and they have so many different unique soaps and moisturizers! Me and my friend went in and found a caffeine based face cream made by death wish coffee, it smelled like brownies! Everything is reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful! If you want to buy unique soap from a cool local business buy here!

After reading one semi-negative review which said the Citrusaurus hand sanitizer left a greasy feel, I knew I had to have it! My hands were raw from washing and constant use of harsh sanitizers. This stuff is the best! My hands are improving daily while I still know I’m staying safe. I was impressed with the ordering process, too. My shipment was received 3 days after ordering. I’ll be a repeat customer to be sure!
