I had the privilege of getting Richie as my hair stylist and after being treated very kindly to a hair cleansing, I was asked thoroughly about my hair goals and everything I had concerns with. He is very professional and sweet and he made sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it and even offered to show me what it would look like after it would be straightened. I like this place.. Ritchie highlighted my hair perfectly. The problem is that they don’t answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. They have a funky vm/messaging system. They want you to book with a stylist online but not all of their stylists are on their website. It’s frustrating.
