Understaffed and show clear obvious favoritism for regulars. Messed up my hair after eight months of growing out my bangs. They look exactly how I was afraid they would come out. I asked for them to be a bit thicker and she just pulled over some hair and ruined the whole shape I wanted. She was clearly rushing to get to the next customer. Go to Stephan’s instead, they’re great!

I moved to DE 3 years ago from the suburbs of Philly. I came here with a good attitude and a great haircut. I have searched and tried many salons to no avail. I had to drive 2 1/2 hrs home to my salon, and back the next day. No longer!! My husband took a Saturday and drove me from Long Neck to Lewes in search of a contemporary salon. After going in many hairdressers and salons only to find the same thing all day, I was just about to give up when I went in to R. STERLING HAIR BOUTIQUE in Lewes. I was elated to see a clean Salon,happy and informative stylists and to top it off, they are a Full Service Salon. I booked with Katy who not only gave me a great cut and style, but she also does Make-Up and she does Spray Tanning. They are a 10 in my book!!
