They just keep getting more expensive. Also, some staff are very good with what they do but you can get unlucky and find someone who doesn’t care if they do a good job or not. So you are not always assured that you will get what’s your money’s worth unless you make an appointment.

Went in for a regular mani- the nail tech advised it would be an extra $5 for the removal of the old gel manicure which was mostly chipped off. She did’nt do that great of a job as I can still see parts of it under the new mani. No shoulder massage offered by her although the other nail techs offered to their clients– hello,consistency please! Owner and workers having loud conversations /laughing while working on clients – not a relaxing atmosphere. Then at the nail drying machine I started to smell cigarette smoke, which worsened when I was brought to the waxing room for eyebrows. The lady who did my eyebrows did a great job. Unfortunately I will not return.

What an AMAZING experience I had. My pedicure felt AMAZING and my nails look beautiful. Amy got the shape and length correct. They made sure I was happy and catered to my needs. I will be coming here from now on.

I initially chose queen and polish due to their hygienic standards. They use sanitized tools from a sealed pouch, and wrapped pedicure tubs. The environment is impeccable, and they use exhaust fans for customer protection from fumes. I’ve never been to a nail salon that took so many steps for customer protection. My nail tech Amy is amazing. She has an eye for detail and moves very fast!

Was told 10 min. Waited 40. Honestly would have left, but had a tight time commitment. Technicians were very pleasant but super rough. All in all I think the wait plus the roughness soured my experience. Perhaps if you didn’t wait and were used to the type of service it wouldn’t be as bad.

Danny really took this time and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. Nails came out great & they gave me a free Christmas gift that came with the manicure. Good service.
