My first experience wasn’t as great as I thought it would be. The esthetician I had seemed inexperienced and kept breaking the wax on almost every pull. She was nice and hospitable, but her service itself was not the best. I appreciate the discount you get on your first visit and how clean the entire studio was. I’d come back and try a different waxer just because of how clean it was and there a good variety of waxers to visit. Just had to share..

I went today for the first time and it is a very clean place with friendly staff. My esthetician was Iris. She is so amazing!!!! She’s kind and has great conversation!!! I got a Brazilian wax. The service is great!!!! You get a discount your first visit and the overall price is affordable without the discount. I would definitely recommend. ❤️

I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for 15+ years and my regular person was on vacation. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I went for my Brazilian but the woman I booked with was training someone new so the new person did my wax. It took almost an hour because she was new. However, within 3 days after my wax I had terrible ingrown hairs and bumps all over. When I went back to my regular person, she took a picture of all the ingrown hair and bumps. I was told this happens when cheap wax is used along with poor technique. Though this place is clean, inexpensive, and the staff are a little unprofessional but friendly, I will not ever go there again. You get what you pay for!!!

I used to always be a costumer at their place I got brazilian and upper leg 2 days ago and I noticed that I still have few hair left and all I said that I need a touch up because there’s so much hair left and I noticed today so I contacted the owner I thought she’ll help me. She started saying it’s in your but area no it’s between my legs and I wouldn’t be taking my time and talking to you if I wasn’t right. The girls that did the wax were very nice but maybe whoever did it missed a few spots. I was being really nice with her and told her about my situation I don’t know what’s wrong with people these days I only needed one strap of wax and that’s it. They wanted me to pay again and give me a 50% off when ai already paid for full service 2 days ago. And I told her that no problem I’ll call and get another appointment she said I do thank you for being a costumer but she doesn’t want someone to go to back if I’m complained about the service and she even deleted the message that she sent after I blocked her and again I was being really nice because I understand mistakes happens.
