I have been going here for probably two years now and they have never failed to do me right!!! Mrs.Janet does my nails most of the time and has done my nails every time I’m about to go on vacation. I thought she did a pretty good job, but I did say my big toe nail needed to be shaped better and she ignored me. Also acted irritated about me moving and possibly messing up nails, I get it, but it goes with the territory. Overall, it was a good experience.

From the layer of other people’s nail dust that coats every surface here, one would think that the Amarillo Health Dept has not visited this location since the 90s. Dirty nail files are re-used, my nail tech dropped the nail primer polish brush ON THE FLOOR, then just wiped it on a paper towel before sticking it back in the bottle. The nasty poof brush that was used on my hands was also used to clean the desk (both of which were nasty & filled with dust and clumps of something left from past clients). When they were clipping my friend’s nails, they yanked on her cuticle & made her bleed. Blood, y’all & no precautions were taken. Overflowing uncovered trash, junk laying about, yuck. See photos. Go someplace else- Queen nails was a royal disappointment.

After going for four years, I will never go back. Nails were inconsistent and they can never make an appointment on time. You make an appointment so you don’t have to wait. Was rescheduled three times for the same appointment and still had to wait over an hour after the last time. Sweet people, but more concerned with money than their clients.

I love Queen nails !!! I bring my daughters, and granddaughters to get their nails done or pamper themselves with a pedicure. All of the nail techs are friendly, and we’re always offered something cold to drink. I’ve been to several nail places in town some for a couple of years, but ended up dissatisfied. Here we’ll stay. Everyone has a favorite ours is Janet.

I’ve been going with my daughter for a few years now. Sometimes we do have to wait a bit to get done; but the staff, all the staff are wonderful with my daughter who has special needs. They take their time with her and make sure she is enjoying herself.
