She is always professional, answers all my questions and has me feeling amazing when I leave there. Brittany completely took advantage of my neice that colored her hair herself and charged her over $300 multiple times to “correct and lighten it”. My neice didn’t know any better. I used to work with Brittany at a Salon and she didn’t know they were my family. When I told her that I know that she knows she was taking advantage of them she cowardly wouldn’t address. Totally took advantage of good people trying to support a small business. Wouldn’t recommend this disrespect to anyone. It’s clear by the disrespectful responses from this company to those that had issues with them the type of people they are.
