They were nice and all, the whole experience was okay. However my only two issues were that I had gel nails done with an extra adjustment done, and my toenails broke after about two weeks to were I had to cut them down. They also did not soak off my previous gel on my toes, they took the electric nail file to file it down to my nail a few times which did make me a little mad but I didn’t think too much about it. You can see on my big toes how the nails ripped and my attempt at cutting them down a little bit. This was after 2.5 weeks

This was the worst pedicure my mom and I have ever had! This place doesn’t use the spa pedicure liners and we never saw them disinfect the other ones that had been used by customers who left before us. We should have left as soon as we saw that. But worst of all, they scrub your feet with old reused scrubs!! They washed the scrubs in the water my feet were in and then wrapped it in a paper towel and stored it back in their cart. Absolutely disgusting. My feet are so cracked now when they were not like that before.

They charge for 15 minutes massage in deluxe spa pedicure $45. What they give you only 5 minutes massage as regular pedicure. She charge me today $5 extra to remove nail polish. She said it’s gel. But it was regular nail polish. Thanks anyway.

Very nice, did thier absolute best to fix working mans hands for my wedding. I can barely tell my hands are staind and cracked. Definitely a huge improvement (2nd mani pedi in 39 years, big guy hard toenails)

Not a pleasant experience…went several times due to convenient location. But they get carried away with the dremel tool causing immediate and lingering pain to my nail beds. They seem to do a good job with cleanliness.
