Loved it! Mimi was super efficient but gave a good long massage and a great pedicure even when she was the only one there! Watched food network, got a chair massage, read people magazine, and came out with great nails! Definitely would be back!

Critical: Punctuality3 Weeks ago I went for a pedicure and acrylic refill with gel. I made an appointment as to not waste time. Pedicure was great, then I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my manicure. Yesterday I went again and had my nail appointment set for 2:30pm. I arrived early for my pedicure to ensure it was done in time for my manicure. I was ready at 2:30pm, but ended up waiting 40 minutes after which the nail lady told me she will be with me in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes she started doing a pedicure for someone else! When I asked her about it she just said that she miscalculated…. and that I can reschedule…. The drive there is 25 minutes and the same back. I make an appointment because my time is very valuable to me. They clearly couldn’t care less about my time.
