Only place we could get all 5 of us in on such short notice. Got the French tips gel, they were painted funky and polish came off after a few days. The ladies working were nice to the children, but the overall service wasn’t what we were use to for the price we paid.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mom is from out of town and I sent her and my daughter here for a grandma / granddaughter date and manicures! Biggest mistake in sending them here. The worst and quickest 10 minute manicures by rude, very unfriendly, unprofessional staff. The person working on my daughters nails watched TV the whole time, and when they were digging too hard into her nail cuticles and made her flinch, they looked at her and proceeded to do it HARDER. WHY??? The both of them are super sweet and friendly, and tried to talk a bit, but were met with extremely cold responses, ESPECIALLY my nine year old daughter. I went there today and it was awful. First they didn’t push any of my cuticle back before starting. Second, they left patches on my nails where I can still see my natural nail next to the colored powder nails… Third, I asked her to touch up one of my nails (not to mention the many others) & received an attitude… Fourth, my nails are all different lengths…… I came there today upon a reference from my friend. I feel bad for my friend because this salon is making her look like an idiot for putting her faith and people that don’t care about their job…

Never satisfied with my nails every time I go. I get charged different prices every time for the same exact style that I choose. They never have the colors I want. They file your nails past the length you asked for. I might as well get my real nails painted the length they cut them. I try over and over to give them a try but they seem to fail me every time. They are indeed better than fashion nails in some way but I will have to go to another town just to get my freaking nails did smh.

Got the Queen Deluxe Spa Pedicure …excellent work! Relaxed atmosphere . Friendly staff. Much better pedicure than their competitors here in Kaufman. Will come back for sure. Kne did my pedicure.
