Came a hour away to get my hair wash conditioner and blowout got there 15 minutes early Melisa.f never showed up….one of the workers asked me to text her to see was she coming in I couldn’t get up with her so they contact her and she told them she didn’t have appointment at that time Even though I’m showing them the screenshot of a confirm appointment so I I asked do I need to reschedule and the feedback was “I don’t know” NEVER AGAIN !!!

My daughter is biracial (Puerto Rican and white), she has very tight curls, but soft fine texture. I have struggled to find a product to protect her hair from tangles/knots and keep her curls protected. Jay detangled her hair, cut it, and taught me how to care for her hair. My daughter is VERY tender headed, Jay did her best to be gentle and quick. It’s hard to find someone knowledgeable about her hair type, and Jay was. Jay is AMAZING, we will definitely be back!

I got here a little early to beat traffic. No one was here at nine, but I thought it was fine since I figured I was the first hair cut of the day. Well 9:30 came and went. My appointment was confirmed with Melissa through the app you’re partnered with. If there was a problem, someone should have called me, as I gave my phone number. Never coming back here. I waited ten EXTRA minutes for someone to show and they didn’t. If you aren’t even responsible enough to open on time, I don’t think you’ll be responsible enough to do my hair.

My son’s hair was botched at a kids cut place here in town. Completely uneven with a bowl cut for the front. I was recommended by a friend who only takes her kiddos here. All I can is WOW!!! One of the worst haircuts I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve had a couple of haircuts with them. I asked a medium low fade with a line up and quarter inch trim off the top. He messed up my fade from the start. They took more than an hour just to give me a fade. I asked for a medium low but I ended up with a high and tight. Also I was bleeding from my head.

Best blowout since I’ve moved to Wilmington from Florida. Been here 3 years, tried 3 professional salons before her and lost 16 inches in length. Since Jay, my hair is retaining length like it used to. It’s only been 6 months with her now and my hair is down my back again. She’s the best around. Type 4C is the hardest to straighten and she’s quicker than the others too. Try her once and you won’t be disappointed. So glad I found her, had to share. The struggle is real.

Best barbershop in town! I am very picky about my son’s hair cut. Raul is who I prefer to cut my son’s hair. However if he isn’t available other barbers cut his hair and do a good job. They are very nice and professional.
