I gave them a second chance after a pedi disaster, but my hands became the second disaster.1) make sure you ask how much you are going to pay before you start your appointment.2) don’t buy extra packages for the pedi, it’s not going to make a difference if compare it with the basic one, just extra time rubbing your feet.3) if they don’t understand you, make sure to call someone to translate!4) make sure they are not hurting you I kinda felt it, said ouch, and pulled my hand a little showing it was hurting. But unless you make sure they know they will continue drilling in your cuticle.This is my fault as well, I should of stop the situation when I saw it coming in a different way, my gentle way did not work.I give feedback to businesses before I chose to write a negative review. I have been here twice (tried to give it another try) – both times I left disappointed so I will not go back to this nail salon. I do not remember the person’s name who did my nails but he was rude and unfriendly, rushing through and being curt with me when I barely even spoke to him. It was the same attitude I had with the woman who did my nails the first time I went. I do not understand why the atmosphere in there is so unfriendly… I get this feeling like they are bothered by customers who want to have their nails done. Or maybe they are not fairly compensated, or maybe from breathing in acetone and nail varnish all day. Whatever it was, the vibe was tense and not welcoming. On top of that, I left with probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had; my nails were cut so short that I have no space where the nail leaves the finger (does that make sense?). Way too short; any shorter, I would have been bleeding. He also left polish on the skin on the sides of the nail. Didn’t touch my cuticles (which was probably a good thing given how rough he was). Also, after the pedicure but BEFORE the manicure was done, he asked me to pay and leave a tip. How am I supposed to tip when he hasn’t completed the procedure? Leaves little incentive to do a nice job. It doesn’t work that way at a restaurant or any other service where tips are given. I regret leaving 20% because it was bad. I came home and removed the polish because my hands looked better bare than what he did. Two stars for taking me in as a walk-in and for the facility – it is clean, everything looks new, and is in a good location.

Friendly staff but poor work. I’ve been here twice and both times were a disappointment. Tried to give them a second chance and it was worse than the first visit. They were extremely rushed doing our nails and we both did gel polish. Somehow it was still wet when we left and the results are in the pictures. Not tonmwntinwd, the shapes were all over the places, no consistency. We went back the next day and they did redo for no additional costs but even when the owner redid our nails, they were still poorly done. We won’t be back.

JAYDEN!!!!! If you want perfectly dipped nails go see Jayden. I have had horrible experiences at different nail salons around town. Jayden was my very last ditch effort to ever getting a manicure done by someone other than myself. He is kind, professional, QUICK and meticulous. See you in 3 weeks Jayden! So happy I found you! Horrible horrible horrible! Please save your money and your time. I came here to get my nails done and a pedicure. I thought because it was Venetian they would do a good job but my nails came out horrible. Very short and thick. I came back after to tell them I didn’t like it and if we can do it over they said will thin it down but said it might break. Told me they won’t refund me my money, and if I want a new set I will have to pay. I’m not happy at all with this company at all. I can’t believe they treat their customers like this

they don’t even deserve 1 star. went to this Venetian location for a basic acrylic removal. Been doing this for years never had a problem. for the 1st time used the nail tech Linda and was basically left in the acetone too long and then Linda drilled to hard and basically drilled the top layer nail right off. nails were left sore and swollen and excruciatingly painful. 3 days later still no relief. What’s worse my daughter has to use her hands everyday to take care of critically ill patients at the hospital. When i went to speak to the manager Timmy he was rude and wouldn’t take accountability. Kept trying to make us believe she had sensitive nails. This had never ever happened to her before. We went to Urgent Care and they confirmed her nail bed suffered trauma from the acetone and drilling. Her nails are swollen and very painful to the touch. I have pictures and will be pursing further action. don’t go to venetian nails on linton they don’t care what happens to you when something goes wrong.

THE WORST PLACE EVER- DONT GO HERE went to get a pedicure and people do not speak English and add it on extra services without my permission when I went to check out the bill was sky high prices! Pedicure was the worst ever performed by Lisa!! She told me that she asked me to get these added on EXTRAS which I never approved please don’t go to this place!!! So over priced and the pedicure lasted for maybe 20 minutes. Ridiculous!!

My friend and I went for manicures yesterday at the location on Linton in Delray Beach. Please do not waste your time. They are horribly rude and have no desire to do a good job. Truthfully, a 3 year old could do a better job. When I told my tech, she begrudgingly and roughly took my polish off and repainted them. I kept my hands under the dryer for the recommended time and the polish is bubbling off. When I was leaving, I told the receptionist that I thought it was a horrible job and I was in a big rush. I would like to come back to have my nails repainted. She said we don’t do that. I said then I should have a refund and she said they didn’t do that. I will try to post pictures of my nails so that everyone can see what a horrible job they do.
