I have tried to give this salon benefit of doubt, but enough is enough. This is the 2nd time I have visited this salon and they skipped over me to service someone else. I guess this place only see Caucasian women, not African American. I refuse to give someone my business who can’t treat me the same as other races. I was waiting to get my nails done and this white lady came in and tiled the gentleman she just called. I am already in the salon waiting and she calls while I am sitting there and I get skipped. Ive been going here for a year and have had no issues my aunt has been going for a couple of years and she has had no issuses. I’ve always gotten good service for what i want. Prices are decent too. And to the lady who posted about her toe nails being messed up they have never been open on a Sunday. I work in the shopping center and when they see me they always check to see if I need a touch up or anything John and his wife take good care of me and anyone me and my aunt send that way they are human so they have there good days and bad but speak to them make sure they know what you want and need just like any new place they have to get to know you to know what you will expect from them there English not so good but they are very good people and rule number one don’t rush them and if they make a mistake they will fix it.

This nail salon did a very horrible job taking off my nails. i got them done here and they did a fairly decent job, but when i came back to get them off the bruised my nail and said “it would take 6 weeks” for my nails to be back to normal. i’ve had my nails done before by a different place and taken off and that was never the case. horrible service and very rude people.

Inexperienced nail tech. Messed up my nails a numerous amount of times. I had to go home and file/shape myself. Charged $40 when I brought my own acrylic powder! Seemed like very rude people and poor customer service. Usually get my nails done else where but was an emergency and close to home.

Gel nails peeled within 1 wk. The older gentleman had come in and he fixed it. Had gel nails again and peeled within 1 1/2 weeks. It was conveniently located to my home, but I rather pay for a good job. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible quality…went there a few times & one of the times being that my nail got infected & had pus coming out of the side of my nail. I tried going there again a year or so later & they are still the same way. I just got a simple pedicure & it was terrible for $28.00 on top of that the nail polish has already chipped & she missed the corners of my toes nails with nail polish.

I wanted nails with the marble design and they didn’t know how to do it but insisted that they could so after 4 different times they kept redoing them and i still was not satisfied, it looked like chicken scratch on my finger. all they had to do was be up front and say they couldn’t do that or didn’t know how. Immediately after I left there I went to another place and got them fixed how I wanted them.
