I have been going to massage with Jenny. She is great. My last massage was yesterday. I asked for Jenny. They switched me to someone else in the middle of the massage and it was bad. The girl only focused on my back to the point that my skin was burning. I had paid for 60 minutes body massage and 30 minutes for feet massage. I did not received any feet massage. I am very disappointed with this place.

I go to Jennie probably once a week for the past 6 months or so for a deep tissue massage. She does a great job with getting all the knots and tension out of my shoulders and neck! Highly recommend!

I can’t belive I found a great place for a real massage, the therapists are attentive to my needs, I have several herniated disc’s and this one in particular helps me alot with what she knows, I can’t say her name or she will get over booked lol, sorry but the rest do a great job.

Critical: Communication, QualityI came after a week of sleeping in a tent. Told her I specifically wanted my left shoulder and neck worked on. She was very nice but too gentle and wasn’t going anywhere where I asked. I had to tell her multiple times where to focus on and to apply more pressure. I felt bad because when she was actually doing a good job you can tell her fingers hurt, but if you don’t have the strength to do a proper massage, you probably shouldn’t work in that feild. By the end she didn’t get all of my shoulder and barely touched my neck. I left wanting to cry and only feeling relief in half the area that hurt and now it just feels tight and sore in a smaller area ♀️I came after a week of sleeping in a tent. Went here on a whim for a couples massage. This quiet and quaint place is a hole in the wall located in a small strip mall in Scranton a short distance from the larger mall. The ladies here are string for their size and can really dig deep where they need to while being as gentle as they need to be also. Next time we are in this area, we will surely return. Might plan a ladies spa day soon…
