Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI knew I should have walked out as soon as I walked in, but I was desperate for a gel fill. The salon was dirty and covid precautions were merely for show. The equipment was not sterilized and the technician used a nail file to clean the table top AND THEN used the same nail file on me! UGH!!! The fill itself was rushed and sloppy. I knew I should have walked out as soon as I walked in, but I was desperate for a gel fill. The salon was dirty and covid precautions were merely for show. The equipment was not sterilized and the technician used a nail file to clean the table top AND THEN used the same nail file on me! UGH!!! The fill itself was rushed and sloppy. The price was decent ($30) but I will not be going back here. Enter at your own risk.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is awful… I came here for a pedicure and it was mediocre at best. I didn’t want to designs or add ons on my toes just a simple gel polish. The lady can not paint toes neatly at all it was not smooth and far from my nail bed. She had to keep wiping paint off my toes. She wiped it off and I had to wait for the gentlemen to finish his client and come fix it. He was impatient and rude and my toe nails are shyt. The polish scrunched up and it wasn’t done well. It was chipping 2 day’s later. My pedicure polish that I had on for a month was in prestine condition when they removed it. This place is a joke… Please Please I’m telling you don’t waste your money here. I tried calling this business and no one answered so I am leaving this here hoping the owner might see it. Some one used the address and salon name to place a fraudulent Walmart order from my Walmart account. I have notified Walmart of the fraud and they have opened an investigation. I would not be able to say if it was an employee or customer or even just some random person using the address, but since it was an order that would be shipped to the salon I have to believe that it is someone that has access to packages delivered there. I do not live in VA and have never been there. I am not sure how this person got my login information. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and someone stealing the money I work for. If it helps you identify the person they attempted to order a 70 qt plastic container and 3 boxes of pop tarts.

I don’t think anyone here actually knows how to do nails. They charge $22 for a full set and when I gave the man $30, expecting change, he simply said “thank you”, closed the cash drawer, and walked away as fast as possible. When I asked why I’m not getting my change, he told me because the length of my nails cost more. $8 more?! Whatever.

This place is HORRIBLE! All i needed was a fill. While removing my existing gel polish he drilled off almost all of my acrylic and thinned my nails out…then refused to replace it! Then was told i would have to pay an extra $30 for him to put it back. Hell no! Then couldn’t get the color polish i wanted because it was old and sticky. Its been two days and one nail already broke. Save your money and time. Find another nail shop!

One star is too much for this place. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The first time, I went to get a pedicure. They do not clean my feets well and they think that a little exfoliating fix everything. I gave them another chance today with a Full set. OMG HORRIBLE !! The acrylic WAS SUPER THICK and the man put 3 layers of nail polish one after another without waiting for each layer to dry. AS YOU KNOW THEY NEVER DRY!!! I think they don’t know anything about nails. Dirty and badly done work. Without counting that it is 0 natural! My nails look like I have them for 2 weeks. The gentleman was doing my manicure running because one more person came and did everything dreadful !! I do not go back! Do not waste your money with these people.
