I’ve never had a stylist at any prices salon give an attitude because they don’t like the haircut I want. As soon she had to think and not use the notes in the system she was annoyed and so I show her a picture similar to what I’m asking for to help explain and she was asks me again about the notes. I had told her when I sat down that I tried something different and it’s been a couple weeks and I didn’t care for the cut and anted it like a picture I had brought. Then she gets frustrated and cut my hair like the notes that I just said aren’t what I want. She then asks me after cutting it if that is right. It’s not because I was looking for a different cut like the picture. I tell her what I want again and she is frustrated because I’m asking for her to think and listen. I provide another pic to help and she looks at it like I was showin eer something awful and does a half job cutting it.

The ladies went out of their way to verify the wild hair cut my daughter wanted and make sure they got it just like she wanted even though we walked in at closing after they’d been super busy. They gave all three of us lots of attention and wonderful cuts despite the fact that they HAD to be exhausted. I’ve never left a stylist a larger tip. Thank you! ❤️

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve visited this Great Clips on multiple occasions for my two boys and never experienced bad service or haircuts. BUT on my most recent visit today, June 11, 2021, I CHECKED-IN online and waited as we typically do. And upon arrival, we were told our name wasn’t listed and therefore, we had to CHECK-IN online AGAIN! I calmly CHECK-IN as she requested on the Great Clips App and it showed that I was already CHECKED-IN & showed her. She then proceeded with an unprofessional attitude telliing us there’s nothing she can do took the next person in line. As a repeated customer, I find that extremely rude as I had been patiently waiting 45 minutes for our “on-line “CHECK-IN Appt”. BUT on my most recent visit today, June 11, 2021, I CHECKED-IN online and waited as we typically do.
