They were SO much quicker to actually me in and out (not a 3 hour foot bath while I wait like other places), not only that but I gotta brag on the girl on both 5. It was okay for a pedicure. I am visiting from out of town. Based on the price, I would have expected a higher service level [e.g., hot towels, foot massage, etc.]. The location is clean. Interactions is limited based on language.

Critical: ValueI took my 7 year old daughter to get a kids mani/pedi. They didn’t even clean around her nails & I had to ask them to “shape them up”. I get to the register and they tell me the total is $32.17 for polish (over dirt) on a 7 year old! Never again will we be back.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueFirst of all I waited two hours to get a full set put on. Then took another 40 minutes to do my nails. I got them done on a Saturday and by Monday I broke a nail and on Tuesday I had broke three. They don’t do the acrylic thick at all and they are very flimsy. Another client (who wanted gel polish) who also just arrived 15 mins after my daughter and I was taken back before me. I waited 30 mins until the gel polish was done before they offered me a chair. (Knowing we were together) I tell the man that I don’t have time now for my daughter to wait on me….he doesn’t bother apologizing, he takes my money and sits in a pedicure chair. I was actually shocked that he didn’t bother making it right. I will never go back nor will I tell friends, family or acquaintances to go there either. My time is just as important as any one else’s.
