Always able to take me when I call at the last minute! I love the way they do designs when I get my pedicure. Only had one issue when I had a tech who could not polish smoothly. All of my other visits have been on point especially the foot massages!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy daughter and I went to get a pedicure and to get our fingernails painted. Everything went well until about two weeks after and I noticed that my fingernail polish was not coming off like it should. I’m guessing they put gel nail polish on there and it was extremely hard to get off! Now my nails just keep breaking and are very soft! Everything went well until about two weeks after and I noticed that my fingernail polish was not coming off like it should. I’m guessing they put gel nail polish on there and it was extremely hard to get off! Now my nails just keep breaking and are very soft! I’ve been to many beauty salons in the area over the years but none can match the professionalism, customer-oriented, and quality services that Q-nail offered. My mom and I got manicures and pedicures there on July 31st. The people were okay, but the lady who did my pedicure was being too rough with my feet which led to the feeling of my feet being raw five hours after the pedicure was done. Now six weeks later, my big toe is badly bruised and possibly infected. I would not recommend this place for a pedicure.
