I called ahead $17. pedicure. Staff was welcoming and nice, no waiting. Cindy did a very through job, even though I didn’t want the leg massage or the acid eating dry skin on a pumice stone. I used to like that, and my skin could tolerate that before, but now my skin is so extra sensitive diabetic. Just trimming nails and cuticles and a nice paint job is all my feet can handle. Oh and they bought this shop from Linda. LINDA IS NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH THAT BUSINESS. They really need to change the name. Start over with a clean record of reviews!

This is a horrible experience the owner is berry route and disrespectful she star doing my nail and want to doing the power afther I asked her to do gel and she got mad at didn’t finish my nails she left it started her produc is very old and cheap I will never go back to that place I recommend you the Peacock Nails there the best

I’ve been going to this place for years. And Today was the worst Ever! I’ve seen outbursts and disruptions in the shop before. It’s usually the same lady (Linda) owner and sits at first station on right side. She answers the phones as well. I’m not a confrontational person, maybe even passive, but this was the last straw. She’s RUDE. I’ve asked for something before on past visits and she does it the way she wants. If you don’t like it she gets angry or says it can’t be done. Anyway, she did my nails again and I picked my color which she said wouldn’t work. When I asked why…she said costs more!!!! Really…I’m a paying customer and should get what I want, right. Then I asked for a certain flower in a design. She proceeded to polish but when it came to design, she did it the way she wanted. It didn’t look like what I wanted and I said I didn’t like it. Then she said my nails are tooo short for it. I couldn’t see how a small flower would be so difficult, and I want it anyway. She didn’t want to do it saying what she did do is what I asked for. Really! I said forget it & wow she went off, she grabbed my hand to remove the polish off and said go to some body else from now on. Sending me to the only other nail specialist in shop. They talked back and forth. But the other specialist did exactly as I asked..no problems. When finished, paid and tipped her. I also went to show flower to owner and give her a tip too. Linda thru it back to me and said she wouldn’t do my nails again from now on. Frankly, that’s fine with me because I never intend to go back to her anyway, if I even go back at all. I politely told her that she has bad customer skills. She was very angry….needless to say she was probably more embarrassed and didn’t know how to handle good service. Only one other customer in shop and she looked in disbelief too. She asked if I finally got the flower wanted and I said yes, exactly as I’d asked for to begin with. I’m writing this review because I think other people should know and inform others as well.

I went to Lindas nails last Saturday to get a full set! I have been to her quite a few times! On Saturday I had a 4:30 appointment to get my nails done and a pedicure and my daughter’s nails done! Upon arrival, around 4:40 p.m. a lady comes in advising her appointment was at 4:30 as well! Keep in mind I get to any appointment about 10 to 15 minutes early! Linda begins to service my daughter and myself along with her other staff members, but then makes us wait without any service for quite a bit of time! Linda paints my nails terribly and then turns back to the other lady! She recommended that I get the gel top instead of a full gel set! I now know it was to save her some time! I had to return back that following Monday! Linda was upset that she had to redo my nails however she began to work on my nails after making me wait about 20 minutes while she finished someone else up even though her other 2 staff members were doing absolutely nothing! I wanted the same color I had on my nails but gel and done right! She begins to Polish one nail and removed the polish about 4 different times! I finally asked her why she keeps removing the Polish and here is the kicker! She says I don’t like the way this color looks on your skin! I’m dropping the Mic right here!✌

Great waxing services!! But that’s where it ends. I used to frequent Linda’s but the quality of their service has diminished. My full sets were crooked and sloppy, and at least one of the nails pop off before a week is up. The gel manicure I got was chipping and fading after 2 days. 2 DAYS! And they drilled right thru my already thin nails after I asked them to be gentle. I’m done with this nail shop.

Worst experience I’ve had in nails…there was 3 ladies working only and had me waiting 30 minutes. I got acrylic nails with glitter nail polish. The polish hadn’t dried up well and the gel came off one of my thumbs

Pedicure was extremely uncomfortable because it was never offered that I sit in regular pedicure chair for a few dollars more. I didn’t know regular pedicure meant low budget adoring in a desk chair with my feet up on a make shift pedicure bowl. My gel manicure chipped away in 2 days. Their products are poor quality and it was a waste of money. Pay a couple dollars more and find a better nail salon.
